How to use: Remove tangles prior to washing. Pour a generous amount of Shampoo into a basin of cool water. Soak your synthetic hair for 2-3 minutes. Delicately swish and cleanse. Rinse thoroughly.

Ordered 2 but only received 1 and it was damaged and leaked all over! So I would like the missing one sent as well as a replacement for the damaged one
