Still waiting , however the piece I attempted to substitute with I also returned and had an amazing customer service experience. The people on the customer service team are truly dedicated, acknowledgable, helpful, and kind.

I was so excited to get this, but it's advised as an average sized cap....it's too small! Should be advertised as petite! And it's very, very low density...like if the wind blows you can see the cap! Not very happy with it and this was already a replacement from a previous return...so I'd lose more money on shipping back. The cut is very cute, but just really disappointed with the inaccurate description.

CanadaLoooove this unit!! She is beautiful and the chocolate rooted is so similar to my bio hair colour! Density is perfect and the razor cut is amazing!
