I love it!
The buying experience was good, except it took 2-3 weeks from the day of purchase before I got my "shipped" email. It seemed the product was being shipped from the USA to Canada first, and then I would get tracking from their Canadian address. I don't mind, since I'm glad I don't have to pay customs. I love this topper. I got it in the wrong color at first but was able to exchange it. I'm wearing it as is - didn't need to cut it. Customer service communication was very good. Just don't expect fast delivery. I bought 3 items and I'm very happy with all 3.
CanadaPretty Style
I haven't actually worn this piece in public yet. I had my stylist cut and shape it to suit me. The stylist and shop assistant were quite thrilled with it! It looks nice on me, but i will have to get used to the curls.(wearing straight styles right now )The clips on the base are quite large and very stiff to open and close. Once I get the clips changed to smaller, easier ones I will start wearing it.
