Terrible colour application
I was so excited to order this one based on reviews...told heat friendly EW version lighter in colour with a toned effect. Expected lots of curl too. Received a flat, totally muddy in colour (heavy in #14 root) pearl blonde, so much so, it appears brown (not the normal platinum blonde). Won't wear it, have to return it...unfortunately, at a cost plus the online price has already gone up in under a month. So replacing it for another colour is not worth the risk/cost. So sad the manufacturer sent this one out.
