    Clips don't work.

    The clips don't close. The attached photo shows a large stain on the base. How did this product pass inspection?

    Clips don't work.

    None of the 3 clips work. On top of everything the product came dirty (see attached picture). How did it pass inspection?

    Clips don't work.

    The two front clips do not bend and can't grip the hair. It was an open box purchase fron Chiquel and it came with a big stain (well visible on the photo).
