colour not as described
I ordered the Adelle wig from the orchid collection. Although it’s a nice wig and I loved the style , the colour was not as described. The colour I ordered was sandy silver. The whole wig was brown except for the bangs which were silver. This was not the description provided for sandy silver. I did not bother to return it as I liked the style but was very disappointed.

Wasn't for me
I thought it looked like a great wig in a style that should have suited me (similar to what I had in real hair, looked like it on Amanda), but when I got it home, it was awful on me. Color was fine, but style was way off. I had to return it. This is the 3rd time in a row I've bought a new style based on what it looks like in videos and it is nothing like that on me. I tried meeting with one of your consultants, but she didn't have any advice about style, only color. If you had an app that could allow us to "add" the wig to a photo of our face (the way glasses stores let you "try on" the glasses virtually), that might help. Or a list of which wigs are suitable to specific face shapes (like oval, heart shaped, round, square, etc--I think Raquel Welch wigs used to provide that info). Otherwise, it's nearly impossible to tell from the images, and even from the videos, whether the wig will actually suit your face shape when you get it home.
