After contacting a few online vendors, the manufacturer showed my item out of stock. Unlike other representatives, Sophia went the extra mile and called the company to find the stock had been replenished. I received my extensions within days thanks to her helpful service.

These are great!! Very soft, not too thin, nice wavy curls. Easy to put in. Very natural looking! Some of the best clip in extensions that I own. Well worth the money!
