• heat synthetic hair: Looks and feels like human hair and can be styled using thermal heat tools up to 180c. do not exceed over this. once you have washed your wig, it will dry as you last had it styled.
• fitting: adjustable velcro tabs- allows you to loosen or tighten the cap up to a half inch.

I needed to return my Ustage RW as it was too small. I called the 1-800 number & immediately customer service pickup the phone & told me what I needed to do. I emailed them & within 5 minutes had an RMA number for the return. CHIQUEL was so easy to deal with. I will always shop with them. I ordered a large in a different colour. Just waiting for my new Ustage RW wig. Unbelievable service. I initially ordered the same wig from another Canadian web site & couldn't even talk with them as they had their phone line disconnected. I didn't know this until I started checking their reviews & I thought I got slammed. I finally received my money back & wanted nothing more to do with this other company.
